DETOX WATER RECIPE
Water : hydration
1Cucumber: Cucumbers boast an extremely high water content, with 96%. It also contains vitamin C and caffeic acid. These two elements help soothe skin irritations and reduce swelling.
12 pieces Mint :Mint is a calming and soothing herb that has been used for thousands of years to aid with upset stomach or indigestion.
2 Lemon :It’s a good source of vitamin C, aids digestion and a detoxifying agent.
Add all the ingredients in the jar and let sit overnight in refrigerator. By morning, the ingredients would have infused in the water, giving it a light refreshing taste.
P.S at a spa, I wouldn't recommend preparing this overnight. I would prepare and serve same day.
