About a year ago, my hubby decided he would join the beard gang. As I shared in our last post, I thought it was going to be amusing and something to keep us entertained. Unfortunately, that journey has come to an end; after a full year of dedication and fight he decided the beard gang was not a gang he would be a part of. Beard butter with grotein 20 will be his last beard related review. I am so proud of his effort and was sad for a brief moment to see the little beard go but I know one thing is for sure with my hubby; when one adventure ends another begins, my guess is he may try to join the afro gang next, what do you think?

HOW TO USE IT:
After washing your beard, towel dry and apply beard butter as needed.

HOW LONG DID I TEST THE PRODUCT?

Hubby: 6 months. I bought it because it had grotein 20, which sounded like it would make my beard grow.

FRAGRANCE
Hubby: doesn’t really have much of a fragrance. Smells a little musky.

Kreme: Sandalwood fragrance

SKIN TYPE
Hubby: Oily

PACKAGING
Hubby: sturdy packaging. It’s a plastic black screwable tube. It doesn’t spill. It isn’t bulky; it fits easily in my travel toilet bag.

REPURCHASE:
Hubby: Probably not. I bought it primarily to help my beard grow evenly. I didn’t really see that benefit, though everything else was great.

CONCLUSION
HUBBY
Pro: Great texture. Non-greasy. Blends into my skin when applied. Great smell
Cons: I didn’t notice any significant improvements to my beard growth.
