PERFECT B3 NIACINAMIDE TOPICAL SPRAY FOR PROBLEMATIC SKIN

One of the high points of my job is getting to curate products. We do our research, train, study, cross all our t’s and dot our I’s before we test products out. Some meet expectation and sometimes we come across formulas that surpass our expectation in testing; the Perfect B3 Niacinamide Spray falls under the latter.

I purchased the spray early this year but held off testing it because I was on my Environ Step up skincare program. In April, my family and I took a long-haul trip. This was our first trip since the pandemic, and it was definitely a little different. For one we had to wear our mask for 24 hours, my skin was very unhappy. By the time we landed, I felt two tiny bumps on my nose. Excitedly, I pulled out this spray. I figured; this was the perfect time to test out the claims. On the second day, my skin felt calm. By day four my skin had healed.

Now this is by no means a miracle product (there is no such thing) but what I can confidently say is it is an effective formula.

Perfect B3 (CLAIM)

This toner/ spray improves clarity, smoothness, and inflammation of blemished, irritated skin. This formulation moisturizes and hydrates while effectively targeting problematic skin.

NOTABLE INGREDIENTS

NIACINAMIDE: has an anti-inflammatory property which help reduce the look of redness and irritation. Used as a skin stimulant and skin smoother.

PANTHENOL (Pro- Vitamin B5): acts as a skin conditioning agent to provide deep penetrating moisture to the skin. Helps in wound healing and has anti-inflammatory effects.

SODIUM HYALURONATE: used as a humectant to increase moisture in the skin, it may also serve as an emulsifier. Sodium hyaluronate is capable of binding 1,800 times its own weight in water.

SODIUM PCA: a non-irritating and non- allergic natural moisturizing ingredient which demonstrates strong hydrating power.

ALLANTION- A botanical extract said to be healing, calming, and soothing. It can also help protect skin from harmful external factors. (e.g., wind burn) considered an excellent temporary anti- irritant and it is believed to stimulate new tissue growth, helping heal damaged skin.

Mist onto cleansed skin twice daily, let it dry then continue the rest of your routine.

CONCLUSION

PRO:

• It really soothes acne and blemishes on the skin. As shared in my introduction, how I used it over blemishes on my nose after a long-haul flight. I noticed and felt my acne get better in a matter of days.

• MOISTURE: replenishes my skin with hydration. My skin stays plump and supple the entire day.

• Each bottle lasts a long time. I used it daily, AM and PM and it lasted for four months. That is good!

CON:

My only CON is the spray nozzle. It is a little aggressive for me. It shoots out the formula. The solution was to spray it into clean palms and pat it onto my skin.
