Drunk elephant products have been raved about for a good minute . I have had my eye on the brand for quite a while but been reluctant to test it out because I am usually very apprehensive of new brands and I usually like to do my research before I dive right in. Besides the numerous awards from reputable sources that brands philosophy spoke to my heart because ut embodied everything I believed in. Their mission to teach less is more when it comes to skincare, breaking the cycle of over use of harsh chemicals and exfoliant, keeping their products fragrance free and finally teaching consumers that natural doesn't always mean good, it depends on what is beneficial for your skin health. This is a much condensed version of what they beliefs but essentially it was the above mentioned vision and more that convinced me to give the line a try.
DRUNK ELEPHANT BESTE NO 9 JELLY CLEANSER( CLAIM) A jelly cleanser that removes all traces of makeup, excess oil, pollution and grime of the day. Formulated with mild surfactants and makeup dissolving emollients , this gentle formula rinses away without residue ,leaving your skin soft and clean. INGREDIENTS Water/Aqua/Eau, Glycerin, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Coco-Glucoside, Lauryl Glucoside, Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isethionate, Sodium Methyl Oleoyl Taurate, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Propanediol, Cucumis Melo Cantalupensis Fruit Extract, Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoat
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS Cocamidopropyl Betaine: A sufactant derived from coconut oil salt. Its an effective yet mild cleansing agent.
Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil: Marula oil; a humectant and emollient. It is comprised primarily of oleic acid.
Glycerin : a humectant used in moisturizers. It is water binding snd able to draw and absorb water from the air, thus helping the skin retain moisture. Cucumis Melo Cantalupensis Fruit Extract: rich in vitamin A and other antioxidants beneficial to the skin.
HOW TO USE IT AM or PM In the AM, I use it as my only cleanse. I apply it on damp skin , massage it into my skin then remove with a soft towel. In the PM, I use as my second cleanse most times; following the same method as the AM. HOW LONG DID I TEST THE PRODUCT? JAN 29th to tonight

Pro Absolutely gentle on skin Non stripping /drying A little goes a long way. Its been almost two months and I still have a month left No negative reaction in the past two months
CON Price. Honestly its not too expensive but would have been happier if it was a tad less expensive.
