New sunscreen alert!!! In previous post, I have expressed my undying love for Algenist sublime defense ultra-light weight UV defense fluid SPF 50. A close second, is my Dr Jart everyday UV FLUID broad spectrum 30. While Algenist is still my Krème de la Krème my heart is thorn between my love for Dr Jart everyday UV FLUID. It’s a really close race but luckily, they both have their unique traits that differentiate one over the other. For example, the price. Dr Jart is a more expensive than Earths Recipe so if you a strapped for cash then you have a great option. Earths Recipe WATERFUL SUN GEL SPF 50+ PA +++ CLAIM)
Fast-absorbing ultra-light weight fluid provides fresh hydration and daily protection against broad spectrum UVA/UVB damage for a youthful, healthy glow.

INGREDIENTS 

Water, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Dipropylene Glycol, Octocrylene, Ethylhexyl Salicylate, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Butylene Glycol, Methyl Methacrylate Crosspolyme, Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine, INCI(X) Carbonated Water, Dimethicone, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Tocopheryl Acetate, Sodium Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Potassium Hydroxide, Isohexadecane, Polysorbate 80, Sorbitan Oleate, Disodium EDTA, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Fragrance


Active Ingredients
HARROGATE SPARKLING WATER: helps to rebuild collagen and elastin cells, keeping skin more plump
ETHYLHEXYL METHOXYCINNAMATE: FDA approved sunscreen chemical with approved usage level of 2 to 7.5 percent. It has excellent UV absorption, a good safety profile, insolubility in water and rarely causes photo allergy. It is considered non comedogenic raw material, it is derived from balsam of Peru,cocoa leaves, cinnamon leaves, and storax. 

OCTOCRYLENE: UVB with strong water-resistant properties and a  rather broad band absorption range.it exhibits good photostability.
ETHYLHEXYL SALICYLATE: FDA approved UVB sunscreen. From its name you may guess that it may have a connection with salicylic acid and you would be correct. it is a salt of salicylic acid occurring in winter green leaves and other plants.
HOW TO USE:
As your last step in the AM, gently apply a generous amount over your face and neck. Advisable to repeat every two hours or after swimming.

• In the past I have had terrible experience with sunscreens that literally burn on contact. There is no burn or sting with this product.

• It’s does not leave your skin looking or feeling oily.
• When you reapply during the course of the day, it leaves your skin feeling slightly refreshed
