There are very few products that I have tested that can be used and effective for all skin types, Pre and post pregnancy and everything in between like Clarins tonic body treatment oil. I used it for pre-wedding skincare treatments to tone and soothe my skin , before the birth of both my kids to prevent stretch marks , post pregnancy to help tighten my skin , before a night out, in the fall season to fight dry skin , summer season to nourish my skin or when I have had a busy day and need a pick me up Clarins tonic body treatment oil has been there for it all making it one of my Krème de la Krème skincare product .
WHAT IS CLARINS TONIC BODY TREATMENT OIL (CLAIMS)
A body oil that tones and improves elasticity of the skin while smoothing out the appearance of stretch marks.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
HAZEL SEED OIL: a carrier oil credited with nourishing properties. As a carrier, it imparts excellent lubricity and low odor. This product is used in products designed for dry skin.
ROSEMARY LEAF OIL: It helps improve the feel of dry or rough skin. Rosemary also helps with blood circulation thereby aiding in skin regeneration.

HOW TO USE IT
AM OR PM
First, I cleanse my skin with my regular shower gel and exfoliating cloth. Occasionally I use my vitamin C Polish for extra exfoliation then I apply clarins body oil on my skin. I massage it into my skin focusing on the exposed or dry areas of my body.Then I rinse off with lukewarm water and lightly pat dry the excess water.
When I use the tonic body treatment oil at night I do not use my lotion over it because my skin is left moisturized enough but in the AM, I always apply a little vitamin c oil or lotion after the treatment.
HOW LONG DID I TEST THE PRODUCT?
Started using it in 2010 and haven’t stopped since
FRAGRANCE
It smells botanical, very heavy fragrance that takes over the room and your clothes. I do not particularly like heavy fragrance in skincare products but this is an exception. Whenever I use it, I feel revived, refreshed like I visited a spa and had the most amazing massage offered.
SKIN TYPE
All skin types.It is especially great for pregnancy and post pregnancy .
CONCLUSION
·My skin is moisturized and stays that way for at least two day

·I love the glow it leaves on your skin after you use it
·It leaves my skin soft as a baby’s bottom
·It is even better when paired with a good exfoliating scrub. The results last even longer.
·A little oil spreads easily on the skin, covering a large section at a time
·It is a pricey bottle of oil but it lasts a long time so you definitely get your money’s worth.
